Solution Background

According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, the use of air conditioners in China has been growing year by year since 2009. One of the main reasons is that with the global warming, the average summer temperature in most parts of my country is getting higher and higher, and the duration of high temperature weather is getting longer and longer. It can be said that air conditioners have gradually become an indispensable household appliance in our production and life. Although the country has issued a series of favorable policies to promote the development of the air conditioning industry, which has led to the continuous improvement of the energy efficiency ratio of ordinary air conditioners, it can be said that air conditioners are becoming more and more power-saving, but there is no doubt that air conditioners are still the most power-consuming electrical equipment in our lives. Through statistics, it is found that the power consumption of air conditioners is not only caused by the high power of the air conditioners themselves, but another important reason is that the unreasonable use of air conditioners and the lack of management of air conditioners have caused a lot of waste of electricity resources, as follows:1. Unreasonable use of air conditioners: unreasonable setting of air conditioner temperature (usually the operating temperature of the air conditioner is set arbitrarily by humans, resulting in serious waste of energy consumption for air conditioning cooling/heating); the use scene after the air conditioner is turned on is not closed (the air conditioner is allowed to run without closing the door or opening the window, resulting in poor cooling/heating effect, and the air conditioner compressor is always in a high-power working state) and other situations.

Lack of unified and standardized management of air conditioners: For air conditioners scattered in different areas, air conditioner managers cannot accurately and timely grasp whether the air conditioners are turned on arbitrarily, whether the operating mode of the turned-on air conditioners is correct, whether the air conditioners are operating in a faulty manner (such as forcibly turning on the air conditioners when the cooling effect is seriously low), and other information. Once the above situations occur, it will undoubtedly cause huge waste of resources.


Solution Introduction

Based on the project experience accumulated in the field of centralized air conditioner management for nearly 20 years, Zonghengtong has proposed a comprehensive solution for high-efficiency and energy-saving of split air conditioners. Solution Features

The ZHT air conditioning remote centralized control energy-saving management solution is an overall solution design that combines the two concepts of centralized air conditioning management and automatic air conditioning energy-saving scheduling. The solution follows the principles of stable and reliable system, complete functions, simple management and cost saving, and comprehensively considers the construction of the air conditioning management system project and the convenience of subsequent equipment maintenance. At the same time, it adds system support for subsequent air conditioning changes (new air conditioning added to the system, replacement and transformation of old air conditioning, etc.).
