Project Background


With China's accession to the WTO, China's manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, statistics show that China has been ranked first in the manufacturing industry for 12 consecutive years. By 2021, China's total manufacturing industry will reach 31.4 trillion yuan, which is mainly due to the fact that there are many outstanding enterprises in China, including more than 800 single champion enterprises, and the production scale of these enterprises is still expanding. Whether in factory office areas or employee dormitories, the installation of air conditioning has become standard.

The popularity of air conditioning provides comfortable production and living conditions for enterprises, but also exposes many waste of electricity due to the irrational use of air conditioning. This is mainly due to the lack of scientific and effective management of air conditioning. In response to the "Green Air Conditioning Action" of the State Council, it is imperative to reasonably schedule the daily use of air conditioners, install air conditioning energy-saving controllers for each air conditioner, and realize the energy saving and consumption reduction of factory air conditioners.


Overview of the scenario


The core concept of the centralized control and energy-saving management scheme of air conditioning in factories and dormitories is to turn air conditioning supervision from passive to active, and air conditioning control to be manual to automatic, so as to realize the status viewing, remote control and systematic, visual and data-based centralized management of all scattered air conditioners. Solve the following common problems in the use of air conditioning in enterprises:

1. The air conditioner is turned on/off arbitrarily, turn on the air conditioner when it is not necessary to use the air conditioner, and forget to turn off the air conditioner when it is time to turn it off.

2. Set the air conditioning temperature at will, set it too low in summer to run, and set too high heating temperature in winter, resulting in a serious waste of power resources.

3. The abnormal state of the air conditioner cannot be detected in time, due to the large number of air conditioners and the scattered installation, an air conditioner is abnormal, and it is basically impossible to perceive.

4. The electricity consumption of air conditioning cannot be supervised, and the enterprise management personnel cannot control the electricity consumption of air conditioning, and can only be passively counted after use, and cannot be standardized and managed.


Schematic design


For the large number of split air conditioners in the factory workshop and dormitory, the biggest problem is that these air conditioners cannot be effectively and uniformly managed centrally, due to many bad air conditioners The habit of use has led to a large waste of power resources. Therefore, how to carry out unified and centralized management of these discrete air conditioners and minimize the manual operation of air conditioners on site is the core problem to be solved by the centralized energy-saving management scheme of factory/dormitory air conditioners. To this end, Zonghengtong integrates many years of practical experience in centralized air conditioning management projects, and formulates an energy-saving management scheme for centralized control of air conditioning using WiFi and LoRa wireless communication, and its system diagram is as follows:

8. Data management of air conditioning: The system collects and stores the operation data of each air conditioner in the factory/dormitory in real time to realize the data visualization management of air conditioning.
