Project Background
With the rapid development of the telecom and mobile communication industry and the separation of mobile communication and local network wired communication, the contradiction between weak operation and maintenance force and large operation and maintenance workload of mobile communication has become increasingly prominent. In addition, mobile base stations and wireless base stations generally have the following characteristics: the number of sites is widely distributed and scattered; limited transmission resources; The situation of the power grid is not very stable; The environment of the computer room is also relatively harsh, and the computer room is basically unattended, which is extremely inconvenient for maintenance in case of failure. Therefore, there is a more urgent need to increase the power monitoring of base stations to reduce operation and maintenance costs.
Composition of the program
Telecom base station monitoring mainly includes the following contents:
1. Power distribution monitoring
Communication power supply: monitor the input and output voltage, current, working status (mains backup battery power supply), battery capacity, load, temperature, etc.
Battery pack: monitor the total voltage, current, capacity and backup time of the battery.
2. Environmental monitoring
Temperature and humidity: the temperature and humidity of the base station
Base station air conditioner: air conditioner on/off status; Manual and automatic temperature adjustment; Air conditioner timing or cycle control, etc
Water Leakage: Flooding leakage in the base station
3. Security
Access control: the opening and closing status of the base station door, and the situation of people entering and exiting
Video: Remotely view the video of the base station, generally set 1~2 channels of video for each base station
Infrared: Infrared intrusion monitoring
Fire Fighting: Fire smoke situation
Schematic design
Telecom base station monitoring generally adopts a three-level structure: central monitoring master station, sub-control center, and base station site. The monitoring center is responsible for the monitoring and management of all base station power equipment and equipment room environment in the entire monitoring network. The base station monitoring unit is only responsible for data collection and control of the power equipment and equipment room environment equipment in a specific mobile base station. The monitoring information is exchanged between the monitoring center and the base station monitoring unit through the DCN network. The sub-control center is responsible for monitoring and managing the power, air conditioning, and computer room environment in a certain area of the monitoring network.
The JUHT power environment monitoring platform is deployed in the central monitoring master station, the base station site FSU uses the JUHT embedded acquisition host, and the monitoring quantity of the power environment of the site is directly connected to the FSU, and the topology of the scheme is as follows:
Program features:
1. Hardware design: The base station monitoring unit host is a high-performance embedded acquisition host independently developed by Shenzhen Zonghengtong Information Technology Co., Ltd., with rich port resources and data interfaces, embedded L inux system, and its own data collection and processing functions. When deployed in large quantities, it has the characteristics of small delay and fast speed when collecting data, which will not put pressure on the upper-layer monitoring platform. In addition, the host product fully draws on the port multi-function multiplexing and POE technology, which reduces a lot of unnecessary middleware during installation, reduces the failure point, and can be quickly and easily deployed.
2. Customized development of base stations: According to the characteristics of telecom base stations, targeted customized products have been developed. For example, in the telecom base station, the power supply of the equipment is usually provided by the communication power supply in the base station, and the output voltage of the communication power supply is generally 48V DC power supply, and the base station monitoring unit host with 48V power supply is customized.
3. Alarm management: according to the institutional division of the telecom base station, the unified centralized alarm by the main station and the independent transmission of the station end are realized, and the alarm information is sent separately according to the belonging of each region and site, without interfering with each other.
4. Hierarchical management: According to the regional management structure of the power grid system, the monitoring system can be managed at different levels according to the actual jurisdictional area, which fully matches the three-level management mode of the telecommunications base station monitoring "monitoring center--- sub-control center ---base station", and sets different operation permissions for different regional leaders. Operators with the corresponding administrative privileges have all assigned privileges in the subordinate regions.
5. Open interface, support the integration of the integrated data monitoring platform of the monitoring center.
6. Easy installation and deployment: The monitoring objects of the base station, such as door magnet, water leakage, smoke sensor, temperature and humidity, switching power supply, etc., can be directly connected to the FSU host.
Customer benefits
