At the same time, the archives storage place should avoid direct sunlight and ultraviolet radiation to prevent the archives from fading and aging. The abnormal temperature and humidity of the long-term storage environment will not only lead to the fading of the handwriting and the distortion of the paper materials, but also the serious consequences of material aging and paper corrosion. Timely control of the temperature and humidity in the archives warehouse and the regulation of the air quality in the archives can effectively protect and prolong the life of archives, and are also the key to protecting the health of archives staff.

Introduction to system functions

1. Electricity safety monitoring: real-time monitoring of the mains power supply status of the archives, and immediate alarm if the power supply is abnormal;

5. Water leakage monitoring and control: real-time monitoring of the leakage situation in the archives, when there is a water leakage, quickly locate the leakage location and immediately notify the alarm, and at the same time can link the operation of closing the water valve;
6. Anti-intrusion monitoring: realize infrared intrusion alarm, for illegal intruders, it can drive sound and light alarm and linkage video camera to capture and other operations;
7. Fire safety monitoring: docking with the fire protection system and realizing the linkage function, when there is a fire, the system automatically alarms, and can also realize fire linkage;
8. Video surveillance: video screen monitoring of multiple areas in the archives;
9. Access control system: realize the access management of all personnel in the archives, and connect with the access control system to ensure access security;
